Celebrities, as we know, never hide their unusual hobbies, and often shock us with their extravagant behaviour.
C. It is Junior Baseball Magazine’s mission to provide information that enhances the youth baseball experience for the entire family.
The player improves his skills and is more successful.
The family enjoys the activity more and shares this precious time in their life.
Junior Baseball emphasizes good sportsmanship, safety, physical fitness and wholesome family values.
D. The seas are in danger.
They are filled with poison like industrial, nuclear and chemical waste.
The Mediterranean Sea is already nearly dead ; the North Sea is following it.
The Aral Sea is on the brink of extinction.
If nothing is done about it, one day nothing will be able to live in the seas.
Every ten minutes one species of animal, plant or insect dies out forever.
E. Lots of people all over the world enjoy collecting stamps.
Stamps are like little pictures.
Very often they show the flowers or the trees which grow in this or
that country, or they can show different kinds of transport of the country.
Stamps may also have portraits of famous people on them.
Some stamps show art work from the history of the country.
F. “Friend” is the title of my favourite magazine.
It consists of 70 pages, with lots of colourful and bright pictures and provides interesting and useful information for people who love animals.
The magazine includes numerous articles devoted to various topics connected with domestic animals, ways to take care of them, pet food, animal health and many other topics crucial for any animal lover.
G. People are beginning to realize that environmental problems are not just somebody else’s.
Many people join and support various international organizations and green parties.
What could be more important than human life?
Polluted air, poisoned water, wastelands, noise, smoke – all these influence not only nature but people as well.
Everything should be done to improve ecological conditions on our planet.

The British often think their animals are like people.
For example in Britain animals can have jobs like people.
British Rail has cats and pays them for their work.
Their job is to catch mice.
There is usually one cat per station.
They get food and free medical help.
The cats don’t catch a lot of mice but they are very popular with the British Rail staff and travellers.

We live in the quiet counstride among lakes with crystal - clear water, big pine trees and green fields.
We a surrealism - roundish beauty of the nature.
You can't enjoy a fine decline to the city as you can in the country.
Loking on the open green fields and trees growing in the country is much more pleasant, than to look on walls of buildings of the city.
Country life allows us to have all species of domestic and farm animals.
The majority of families in the country friendly and close.
For the country people more peace, hardworking it is also useful.
They different.
They can be farmers, or they can be writers or artists.
But they have deep love to the nature.
If you prefer to smell roses round a house door, and the truth to live in the country and let the city to go.

The answer depends on what you like.
Now, many people say that they love living in the country , but I choose the city.
First, in the city can get to know many interesting people, which is rather difficult.
There , everybody knows everybody and there aren`t any surprises any more.
Then, the city is much richer than the country in cinemas, theatres, museums, cofee shops and restaurants.
You can visit stadiums where famous sports teams have a game almost every week.
Local and international musicians play in the parks and concert halls.
The galleries show works of art from lots of countries and there are societies for nearly every interest and hobby : books, chess, dancing, travelling and more.
I certainly don, t hate the countryside, but I prefer it for holidays.
I will always choose to live in or near a city.

TRAVELLING Millions of people all over the world spend their holidays travelling.
They travel to see other countries and continents, modern cities and the ruins of ancient towns, they travel to enjoy picturesque places, or just for a change of scene.
It's always interesting to discover new things, different ways of life, to meet different people, to try different food, to listen to different musical rhythms.
Those who live in the country like to go to a big city and spend their time visiting museums and art galleries, looking at shop windows and dining at exotic restaurants.
City - dwellers usually like a quiet holiday by the sea or in the mountains, with nothing to do but walk and bathe and laze in the sun.
Most travellers and holiday - makers take a camera with them and take pictures of everything that interests them — the sights of a city, old churches and castles, views of mountains, lakes, valleys, plains, waterfalls, forests ; different kinds of trees, flowers and plants, animals and birds.
Later, perhaps years later, they will be reminded by the photos of the happy time they have had.
People travel by train, by plane, by boat and by car.
All means of travel have their advantages and disadvantages.
And people choose one according to their plans and destinations.
If we are fond of travelling, we see and learn a lot of things that we can never see or learn at home, though we may read about them in books and newspapers, and see pictures of them on TV.
The best way to study geography is to travel, and the best way to get to know and understand people is to meet them in their own homes.
