Modern life is impossible without travelling.
To understand how true this is air - liner you only have to go to a railway station, a port or an airport.

Travelling by car is one of the most pleasant things in the world for, on the one hand, you can choose some out of the way place where you can put up a tent and explore the places ground, on the other hand, you can work out your route yourself.
Travelling by car you can get to the places which are never visited by tourist.
Travelling on foot is wonderful too, because you come into contact with nature.
In a word any kind of travelling gives a lot to the people either it makes them healthier and stronger or widens their area of thoughts.

I have to notice that travelling by train is very popular in Russia.
Nowadays, modern trains have very comfortable carriages and seats.
There is also the dining - car in each train.
You can see many interesting places and enjoy the nature, looking through the window.
Travelling by ship is not as popular as travelling by plane or train, but still some people like it.
And, finally, travelling by car is also very popular in Russia.
Many people choose this means of transportation.
They don’t need to buy tickets, book hotels and etc.
They can stop whenever they wish, rest, take a walk and stay at the same place as much time as they want.
Hiking is very popular means of travelling, but not as popular as abroad.
Generally, young people prefer this kind of travelling.
Walking tours are very exciting.
As about me, I prefer travelling by plane.
To my mind, it is the most comfortable and fast means of transportation.
And finally, it is commonly known that travelling is a great thing!
Nothing can give you so many positive emotions and memories as travelling to any wonderful country or city.

And for this reason travelling by car is popular for pleasure trips while people usually take a train or a plane when they are travelling on business.
When you get tired of relaxation, you become home - sick and feel like returning home.
You realize that “East or West – home is best”, as the saying goes.
