My mother bougth tickets at the box office last week.

She invited me to the theatre, I felt excited to see a ballet.

On sunday we arrived at the theatre and left our clothes at the cloakroom.

After that we went to have our seats in a box, there were not expensive tickets, then we bought a programme, my mother had opera glasses.

The lights went down and the ballet began.

During the interval we walked to the orchestra - pit.

And we went to the buffet to eat tasty cakes.

When the performance was over the curtains fell and all people were applauding loudly.

We engoyed ourselves by watching the ballet.

Lisa's First Visit to the Bolshoi Theatre a) During the interval we walked around in the foyer .

I told Alec how much I liked the ballet .

It was really wonderful .

I said I would love to see some other ballet some day .

So we went to the box office and bought two tickets for " The Nut - cracker .

Then we had ice - cream and coffe in the buffet .

B) When we arrived at the theatre , we left our coats at the cloak room .

Our seats were in the stalls .

Don’t forget that the most expensive seats are in the front stalls or in the boxes, and the cheapest are in the gallery.

The seats in the dress circle are not so expensive, but quite good, especially if they are in the first and second row.

If you can’t decide about your seats you can look at the map of the hall which usually is on the wall of the boxoffice and can be quite helpful.
