Строящийся жилой небоскреб «Исеть» в Екатеринбурге – самое высокое на сегодняшний день здание в России за пределами Москвы.

После окончания строительства он будет позиционироваться еще и как самый высокий северный небоскреб в мире.

По первоначальному проекту он должен был быть выше на 6 метров, но проект изменили.

Высота здания составляет 209 метров (52 этажа).

В небоскребе разместятся 225 жилых апартаментов, а на первых этажах - бассейн, тренажерный зал, SPA, ресторан и сервисные службы.
