Hi Vanya, I haven't written to you for two months, sorry, but i had a very busy time.
My summer holidays were over and i had to begin a new school year in secondary school .
That summer was a great one.
Have you ever heard of Hop Scotch?
No? And i tried it.
My dance group went to Linlithgow in August.
That's a nice village, it is 15 minites from Edinburgh or 40 minites fron Glasgow.
It's famous for Linlithgow Place, the home of the Stuart Kings of Scotland where Mary Queen of Scots was born.
It's also knowh for for St Michael's Church and Linlithgow Loch.
Loch meams "lake" in Scottish.
But what i want to tell you about is Linlithgow How Scoth or Scottish Dancing for all people in the place courtyard.
It's fantastic!
Every year on Wednesday evenings from the middle of July to the middle of August local people and visitors are invited to tske part in some traditional Scottish dancing with live misic and great dance instructors.
So if you don't know how to dance, but that was absolutely differet.
Hop Scottish is like Scottish country dance.
People from different countries and of any age come to Linlithgow to enjoy it.
You change partners all the time.
I danced with a boy from Russia, with a lady from New Zeland and an elderly gentleman from Liverpool.
The tickets are not expensive - & ; 5 and for under 12 years of age that's free.
You may drink tea and eat some cakes there too.

Summer - it`s time to rest, to have fun and to travel.
This summer I walked a lot with my friends in the yard and in the park.
We played with ball, skipped and roller - skated.
As the summer was extremely hot, we went to the lake and swam with my Mum, Dad and little sister every evening.
Luckily, I had enough time for my favorite activity - reading.
I even took some books with me when I went to seaside with my Granny.
And when I came back home from my holiday, there was a gift in my room - a new bicycle!
You can`t imagine for how long time I`ve dreamt about it!
Summer is magic time and all my dreams came true this summer!
