Goodbye, summer!
I think my summer holidays were wonderful this year.
I had a lot of fun.
In June my family and i went to the Black Sea.
We stayed three weeks at a hotel in Sochi.
The weather was hot and sunny, and we went to the beach every day.
We swam a lot and stayed in the sun.
My father taught me to boat, and we often went boating and fishing early in the morning.
In July we came back to Moscow.
My parents began working and I made a trip to St.
Petersburg to visit my grandfather who lives there.
My sister Lena went to Yaroslavl to stay with our cousin Marina.
Lena and I to some interesting places in and near Moscow.
We were in the Kremlin museums, the pushkin Museums and in Archangelskoe.
We were going to go to Vladimir too but couldnt.
The weather was terrible that day, it rained and it was very windy and cold.
In the middle of August Lena and I went to London ti visit the Barkers and we had a wonderful time there.
Now I am back at school and happy to see my friends again.
In simmer I made a lot of pictures.

Summer was coming and the Barkers were thinking about their holidays.
John and Sally decided to go to Russia and visit its famous cities - Moscow and St Petersburg.
They travelled to Moscow by plane.
The Smirnovs met them at the airport and they drove to the south of Moscow where the Smirnovs lived.
John and Sally stayed with the Smirnovs but in St Petersburg they had a room in a small hotel.
John and Sally loved Moscow and they enjoyed St Petersburg very mach.
In the two cities they saw a lot of wonderful places – streets and squares, museums and theatres, picture galleries and churches.
They met some Russian people and made friends with them.
John spoke some Russian and could understand his new friends when they spoke it.
The Barkers did the capital and saw the Kremlin, Red Square and Moscow University.
They saw a ballet in the Bolshoi Theatre.
In St Petersburg they walked in the Summer Garden, visited the Russian Museum and had a boat trip under the beautiful of the city.
They decided that the Anichkov Bridge was their favourite.
John and Sally enjoyed their holidays a lot.
They sent the Smirnovs an e - mail to thank them.
They wrote they would like to see the Smirnovs in London soon.

This summer I was in the city.
In June, I went to the festival Green and there had a great time with your friends.
At this festival, we listened to good music, participated in KolorFest and swam in the lake.
Every night I went out with friends, we were having fun.
And in July, we went to rest with the parents of the Krasnoyarsk Sea.
We swam in the sea and sunbathing.
Unfortunately, it's time to finish.

We saw dolphins in the sea.
They were big and strong.
I think dolphins are the nicest animals in the sea.
In July I went to the country with my grandma.
We lived on the farm.
There were many green fields and a long river next to our farm.
There was a green garden with apple trees behind our house.
In the morning I fed hens and ducks.
Then I rode a horse in the fields.
I saw a lot of cows and sheep there.
I like to live in the country.
In August my dad and I went to Moscow.
It's the capital of Russia.
It's thebiggest city in our country.
The streets are wide and long in Moscow.
There are lots of people, cars and tall houses.
One day we visited the most interesting place in Moscow — the zoo.
We saw many different animals : eagles, camels, monkeys, elephants, tigers, bears and a giraffe Samson.
I spent (провёл) five days in Moscow.
And I was glad to come back home.
Now I know "East or West home is best!

Last year my father said, "We are going to St Petersburg.
" I was very happy and told all my friends about the trip.
They were interested in St Petersburg too and I promised to send postcards to everybody.
My first days in St Petersburg were very exciting — I forgot about everyone.
We saw the Hermitage, the biggest museum in the city.
Then we went to the Kunstkammer, one of the oldest museums in Russia and the Bolshoi Theatre.
We stayed in Peterhof and I could see the beautiful fountains and palaces out of my window.
On the last day I remembered about the postcards.
The weather was very nice, so all my family went to the Summer Garden and I stayed at home.
I felt very unhappy but I wrote thirty - five postcards and sent them to my friends!

It was all very good but the best was still to come : in the middle of August Lena and I went to London to stay with the Barkers.
We had a great time there.
We did the city and made a trip to Scotland.
It was the best holiday in my life!
Now I'm back at school and happy to see my friends again.

Я думаю, что мои летние каникулы были замечательными в этом году.
Я много веселился.

Мы собирались поехать во Владимир, но не смогли.
