I want to say what people ruins and want they can lose.
Many people want to save the Earth, but they don`t know how to do it.
They don`t know how to protect wild animals, plants, and how to keep water clean and air fresh.
Water is very important in the life of people.
There is a lot of water on our planet.
It is in rivers, oceans, lakes and seas.
At the same time there is a little water on the planet.
In many lakes and rivers the water is very dirty.
Sometimes people can`t swim in seas, rivers and lakes because water is dirty.
In many places water is not able to drink and it is dangerous to use it when you cook.
Even fish die in such water.
Some people`s activities do a lot of harm to the forests.
People cut down trees to build farms, homes and roads.
Many animals and plants lose their homes.
Many of them die.
This is bad for the air of the Earth too.
Modern plants and factories send a lot of smoke in the atmosphere.
This is very bad, because nowadays it`s difficult to breathe in big cities.
So, the problem now is to protect life on the Earth, and to save our planet for the future.
I believe that we must think about our planet and we mustn`t cut down trees, dump to the rivers.
Then in the future our world will be beautiful.

On the other hand I know some people saying art is useless and boring.
They say it’s waste of time to go to the theatres, galleries and listen to symphonies.
They prefer others kinds of activity.
Moreover some people don’t understand impressionists, surrealists and others schools of art.
They think such works of art affect the mind and the psyche of people.
To sum up there is no agreement about the role of art in our life.
Personally I think art is very important in our life.
Each respectable person should know about famous composers, painters, architects, sculptors.
And he should love and respect art.
2. Why is pollution a big problem for people now?
Nowadays the situation in our environment is very difficult and dangerous.
A lot of wastes from factories, electric power stations, chemical industry, and heavy industry go into the air, soil and water.
The water in rivers has become polluted in many places.
If people drink this water they can get ill and even die.
Fish in such rivers become toxic and dangerous to eat.
A lot of trees on the banks die.
On the other hand some people don’t think it’s a big problem.
In fact, we can’t close all factories and prohibit using ships in the rivers.
Moreover it’s impossible to look after all people pouring domestic waste into rivers.
In any case people must do everything possible to keep the rivers clean.
In my opinion it’s very important to save the water for ourselves and for next generations.
We should be nature’s best friends and take care of it.

Air Pollution You certainly know that most of the pollution in big cities comes from cars and buses.
More and more often people are told not to be in direct sunlight, because ultraviolet radiation from the sun can cause skin cancer.
Normally the ozone layer in the atmosphere protects us from such radiation can get to the earth.
Many scientists think that these holes are the result of air pollution.
Nuclear power stations can go wrong and cause nuclear pollution.

Nuclear pollution can’t be seen but its effects can be terrible.
To make air clean again we need good filters at nuclear power stations, at factories and plants and also in cars and buses.
Both clean air and clean water are necessary for out health.
Man is beginning to understand that his environment is not just his own town or country, but the whole earth.
That’s why people all over the world think and speak so much about ecology.
