London is very rich in parks and gardens.

You can spend the whole day in the country - without leaving London.

You can walk among the green trees, relax on a boat in one of the pounds, admire the beautiful flowers and plants or take part in the many activities.

There are eight Royal Parks in and around London.

Four of them are situated in the centre of London : Hyde Park, Green Park, St James's park and Kensington Gardens.

Hyde Park is the biggest of these four.

It is famous for its outdoor activities.

There is a place called the Speakers Corner in the Parks.
